Scholarship Eligibility
- Acceptable Nationalities: Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

- Admissible Criteria: To be qualified, the candidates must be classified as an international students then must be admitted in any academic program at the university for the upcoming year.
