  • Admissible Criteria: All interested students with nationality and/or legal permanent residence in any of the 35 independent countries of the Americas that are the OAS Member States.

Method of Application

  • Application Process: To take hold of this opportunity, you must first complete the admission process for one of the Marconi programs eligible for the opportunity.
  • Supporting Documents: Candidates must submit a high school diploma or bachelors degree transcripts translated into English, an updated resume/CV, Copy of valid government-issued ID or passport.
  • Admission Requirement: Applicants must have a previous degree.
  • Language Requirement: To verify English proficiency, applicants must have to meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Masters Degree Requirement: A minimum total score of 60 on the paper-delivered Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT), or 71 on the Internet-based Test (iBT); 6.5 on the International English Language Test (IELTS); 50 on the Pearson Test of English Academic Score Report; 100 on the Duolingo English Test; 55 on the 4-skill Michigan English Test (MET), or 650/LP on the Michigan Examination for the Certificate of Competency in English (ECCE), or 650/LP on the Michigan Examination for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE); or a B-2 English proficiency level, assessed through exams belonging to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
  • Bachelors Degree Requirement: A minimum total score of 57 on the paper-delivered Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL PBT), or 61 on the Internet-based Test (iBT); 6.0 on the International English Language Test (IELTS); 44 on the Pearson Test of English Academic Score Report; 95 on the Duolingo English Test; 53 on the 4-skill Michigan English Test (MET), or 650/LP on the Michigan Examination for the Certificate of Competency in English (ECCE), or 650/LP on the Michigan Examination for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE); or a B-2 English proficiency level, assessed through exams belonging to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

Scholarship Merits

The OAS scholarship will cover 60% of the total cost of tuition and is applicable only to the program of study.
